A virtual terminal is an interface through wich MOTO transactions are processed. There are 2 types of virtual terminal interfaces: softwares & web based portals. Softwares are generally expensive to license whereas web based portals are usually offered free of charge. Paypal's virtual terminal offering is a free web based solution.
